What We Do

• Configuring a new computer

  Installing essential software, setting up email, migrating your files from the old computer, tuning it for smooth day-to-day use. We can also advise you on choosing the right computer before you buy.

• Printers, scanners, peripherals

  Wi-Fi printer that won't install, scanner that won't show up, uncooperative webcam or microphone: usually ten minutes at the shop or a quick callout.

• Internet box and Wi-Fi

  Box from your provider that isn't working well, Wi-Fi that doesn't cover the whole house, Wi-Fi password to change, installing a repeater or an extra access point.

• Personal backup

  Setting up a simple automatic backup of your documents, photos and videos — locally to an external drive, and/or in the cloud. Because losing ten years of family photos to a failed drive does happen.

• Buying advice

  Want to buy a new computer or phone and don't know where to start? Fifteen minutes by phone or at the shop, and we'll point you to what suits your use, without selling you the most expensive machine.

At The Shop Or At Your Home

For simple work (configuring a new computer, data migration), it's often faster to come by the shop. For network-printer or Wi-Fi issues, we come to you in the local area (Châtillon-sur-Indre and communes within roughly 20 km).
